This page explains how services provided by GF Marketing ApS are delivered, how cancellations and rescheduling are handled, and when refunds may or may not apply.

Service Delivery
GF Marketing ApS provides digital services, including SEO consulting, strategy support, topical map creation, content brief systems, content workflows, technical SEO audits, training, and related advisory services.
Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consultations are typically delivered through online meetings.
Project-based services are delivered digitally and according to the agreed scope, timeline, and format discussed with the client.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, responsiveness, and the availability of required input, access, or resources from the client.
Consultations
Consultations are scheduled in advance at a mutually agreed time.
The scope of a consultation may include strategic guidance, website or content review, prioritization advice, and answers to SEO-related questions relevant to the client’s business.
Project Work
Project-based work is structured according to the needs of the client and may include one-time consulting, strategic support, audits, training, or broader advisory engagements.
Before project work begins, the scope, expected deliverables, timeline, and pricing are discussed and agreed individually.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked consultation, please contact us as early as possible.
Consultations may be rescheduled when reasonable notice is provided.
Late cancellations, missed consultations, or cancellations after work has already been scheduled or prepared may be treated as completed sessions and may not be eligible for refund.
For project-based work, cancellation requests are reviewed based on the stage of the project, the work already completed, and any time or resources already committed.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatically provided for time already spent on consultations, research, strategy work, project preparation, audits, training, or other agreed services.
If a client has prepaid for a service that has not yet been fully delivered, any refund eligibility will be assessed based on the work already completed, the time or resources already committed, and the terms agreed for that engagement.
Because services are digital and tailored to the client’s needs, completed consultations and delivered project work are generally non-refundable.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, GF Marketing ApS does not guarantee specific ranking, traffic, or performance outcomes.
If there is a problem with the service provided, clients are encouraged to get in touch so that a fair solution can be reviewed.
